We have several sponsors who have already created a specific ITBOG landing page as a place for us to direct and funnel members/traffic to. If you would like to see an example of this, SyncroMSP has done an excellent job in creating and customizing their ITBOG landing page at https://syncromsp.com/ITBOG.  The ITBOG landing page is hosted on your company website.  This means you have complete control over what is being published and displayed. No matter what you choose to put on your landing page, this is a direct way for us to have a central place at all times to direct members who are interested in your product or service offerings. Please ensure that your ITBOG landing page ends in /ITBOG. This way we do not have to think about or search for your specific landing page. If you do not currently have a landing page and would like to create one, please let us know so we are aware that your landing page exists and can start using it moving forward.

UTM Codes

Another great way to track metrics is via UTM link codes. UTM link codes are an excellent way to track the analytics for anything you post or share inside of the community. UTM codes are bits of text that you add to a link you are sharing which tells online search engines more information about your current link. A UTM code will look something like https://itbog.org/sponsor/landing-page?utm_source=ITBOG. These codes will work on the sponsor spotlight page as well as on a post or comment inside of the group. These codes are important because they will let you know the where, why, and how traffic is getting to you. This is especially helpful if you are sponsoring other online communities. Sponsored Demos

As many of you know, we have started hosting sponsored demos that are being live streamed directly to our private Facebook group. We feel this is of huge benefit to our members who might be interested in your product or services but do not take the time or make the effort to reach out and get the process started. When we livestream a demo with you, it will be a live event that we stream directly to our Facebook group. Our members will get notified that IT Business Owners Group is live. This grabs the members attention and gives you the vendor an opportunity for a live questions and answers session during the entire stream. YouTube Channel

We have hosted several sponsored livestream events  and have created a public ITBOG YouTube channel as a central location to upload the recordings to. This is a new YouTube channel, which we are actively promoting and pushing inside of the community. All livestreams with our sponsors will be recorded and uploaded here. This is super helpful if a member has a question about your product or service, we can simply comment on their post with a link to your video on our YouTube channel. We see a huge potential for utilizing a YouTube channel with our current sponsors and their marketing efforts. Since these are public facing when they are on YouTube, you can share these in different channels other than ITBOG.
