How Do I Secure My Sponsorship?

I am Already A Sponsor of ITBOG, Does That Make Me A Cruise Partner Too?
No. The cruise sponsorship is separate from the annual social sponsorship.
Can I Sponsor The Cruise If I Am Not An Existing Annual Sponsor of ITBOG?
Yes.
Can I Just Select An Add-On And Not A Full Sponsorship Level?
No. The add-ons are only an option with the purchase of a full sponsorship.
How/When Do I Register My Co-Workers/Guests?
Once we receive your full sponsorship payment, you will be provided with a registration link to sign up yourself, your co-workers, and/or your guests.
Is There An Additional Fee For Guests?
Each sponsorship level comes with a limited number of complimentary registrations for your co-workers. Spouses, significant others, and children must pay $199/person.
Can I Speak At The Event?
If you are interested in presenting a topic, please send us an email with a short bio, title, description of the session, and learning objectives by TBD. The conference committee will review all submissions and make a decision by TBD.
How Many Co-Workers Can I Bring With Me?
Each sponsorship level allows for a limited number of complimentary registrations for co-workers. This allows them to participate in all conference activities.
Can I Use My Complimentary Registrations For My Spouse Or Children?
No. Spouses, children, and non-work related guests will need pay a guest fee of $199.
What Is The Format For The Conference?
There will be sessions on Sunday, November 12th where conference attendees can participate in educational, business-enhancing work sessions. See Full Itinerary.

Can I Bring A Guest With Me?
Yes. If you are bringing a spouse, children or other non-work related guest you will need to register them and pay $199 fee if they plan to participate in the conference activities.
Are There Things To Do For Teens/Children?
YES! The ship has a number of activities to keep your kids entertained while you are on board.
How do I Book My Cruise Reservation? Reservations can be made through your travel agent or directly through Royal Caribbean.
Does My Sponsorship Cover The Cost Of My Accommodations? No. As with all other conferences, travel and accommodations are the responsibility of the individual.
What Is The Best Way To Book My Flights?
As with all conferences, flight arrangements are the responsibility of the individual. Guests should fly in/out of the Orlando airport (MCO). Your return flight on Monday, November 13 should not be before 1pm EST. We HIGHLY recommend that you plan to arrive in Orlando no later than Thursday, November 9th to ensure that any travel delays do not affect your ability to board the ship on time on Friday, November 10th.
What Do I Need To Book My Reservation with Royal Caribbean? Each traveler will be required to provide the following at the time of booking:
Do I Need A Passport? It is possible to travel to the Bahamas from the United States without a passport, but it is not advisable. US citizens can enter the Bahamas without a passport, they can not legally re-enter the US without proper documentation. A passport, passport card, or other Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative (WHTI)-compliant documentation is required for US citizens to enter or re-enter the United States.
