List of Third Party Processors
ITBOG currently uses the third-party companies listed below (each a “processor”) to provide you with the Services that we offer you; to conduct quality assurance testing; to perform marketing; to run data analysis; to facilitate creation of accounts; for event planning purposes; to provide technical support; and/or to provide future services to you. Prior to engaging any processor, ITBOG performs due diligence to evaluate their defensive posture and executes an agreement requiring each processor to maintain minimum acceptable security practices.
“Controller” means the natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal information.
“Processor” means a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which processes personal information on behalf of a controller.
