This Sponsor Order Form (“Order Form”) is entered into and made effective as of (“Order Form Effective Date”) by and between the sponsor identified below (“Sponsor”) and IT Business Owners Group, LLC (“ITBOG”) and is made pursuant to the Sponsor Terms and Conditions located at https://itbog.teamwmedia.com/sponsor-terms-and-conditions/ (the “Agreement”), which shall be incorporated herein by reference.  Sponsor acknowledges and agrees that Sponsor has read, understands and agrees to the terms and conditions set forth in the Agreement and in this Order Form. 

Capitalized terms used herein but not otherwise defined herein have the meanings ascribed to such terms in the Agreement.  If the terms and/or conditions of this Order Form conflict with the terms and/or conditions of the Agreement, or with any other order form, the terms and/or conditions of this Order Form will control (unless otherwise expressly provided herein or in the Agreement) solely with respect to the Sponsorship described herein.

b. Sponsorship:

Sponsor is electing the Annual sponsorship (“Sponsorship”) within the ITBOG community and channel.   In connection with the Sponsorship, ITBOG agrees to provide the following services in relation to such Sponsorship:

• Sponsorship shall consist of a static promotional advertisement published to the “Sponsor Spotlight” page located at https://teamwmedia.itbog.com/sponsor/. The advertisement will be provided by the Sponsor. Sponsor shall notify ITBOG with any changes to such advertisement.
• Sponsor is encouraged to engage in the private ‘Facebook’ group located at https://facebook.com/groups/ITBOG/.
• Sponsor may host webinars and/or events which may be added to the “events” section of the Facebook group.  ITBOG shall assist Sponsor with Sponsor’s marketing efforts within the ITBOG group during the current and active Sponsorship.

c. Term

The term of this Order Form shall commence on the Order Form Effective Date and continue through 365 days following the Order Form Effective Date, unless terminated earlier pursuant to the Agreement (“Initial Term”).  Upon expiration of the Initial Term, the Sponsorship shall be renewed for an additional 1-year calendar period (each a “Renewal Term”), unless either party terminates the Sponsorship at least thirty (30) days prior to the end of the then-current Term.  The Initial Term and each Renewal Term shall be referred to herein as “Term”.  

d. Fees

Sponsor shall pay ITBOG a fixed fee in the amount of US Dollars $2,000.00 for such Sponsorship.  Such fee shall be due and payable within thirty (30) days following execution of this Order Form by the parties.
