How Do I Secure My Sponsorship?

I am Already A Sponsor of ITBOG, Does That Make Me A Cruise Partner Too?
No. The cruise sponsorship is separate from the annual social sponsorship. However, current annual sponsors are eligible for a discount on any cruise sponsorship level.
Can I Sponsor The Cruise If I Am Not An Existing Annual Sponsor or ITBOG?
Yes.
Can I Just Select An Add-On And Not A Full Sponsorship Level?
No. The add-ons are only an option with the purchase of a full sponsorship.
How/When Do I Register My Co-Workers/Guests?
Once we receive your full sponsorship payment, you will be provided with a registration link to sign up yourself, your co-workers, and/or your guests.
Is There An Additional Fee For Guests?
Each sponsorship level comes with a limited number of complimentary registrations for your co-workers. Spouses, significant others, and children must pay $199/person.
Can I Speak At The Event?
If you are interested in presenting a topic, please send us an email with a short bio, title, description of the session, and learning objectives by TBD. The conference committee will review all submissions and make a decision by TBD.
How Many Co-Workers Can I Bring With Me?
Each sponsorship level allows for a limited number of complimentary registrations for co-workers. This allows them to participate in all conference activities.
Can I Use My Complimentary Registrations For My Spouse Or Children?
No. Spouses, children, and non-work related guests will need pay a guest fee of $199 in order to participate in the conference social activities. They are not allowed to attend sessions, however, they may participate in other social activities.
When Do You Need My Items For The Conference Bags?

If I Sponsor a Reception, Do I Have To Plan It As Well?
No. The ITBOG Event Coordinator will take care of all details of the receptions.
If I Sponsor A Dine Around At A Specialty Restaurant, Am I Responsible For Planning Or Organizing The Dinner?
No. The ITBOG Event Coordinator will take care of all of the details for the dinners.
Do I Get To Choose Which Restaurant I want For My Dine Around?
Yes. The ITBOG Event Coordinator will get with you to choose the location that you like best.
Do I Have To Include Spouses/Guests In My Dine Around Invitation?
No. You can choose to just host members.
How Many People Can I Host For A Dine Around?
10. Multiple dine around options will be available.
What Is The Format For The Conference?
There will be a three-hour block (8:30am to 11:30am) on Sunday, November 9th where conference attendees will participate in educational, business-enhancing work sessions. See Full Itinerary.

Will Cruise Sponsors Have Exhibit Tables During The Sessions?
Yes.
Can I Leave My Exhibit Table Set Up The Entire Time?
No. You will need to break down your table each night and store your materials in your stateroom.
Can I Bring Banners Or Signs?
Yes, but they must be free standing or you will need to supply your own easel.
Will I Have The Opportunity To Set Up 1-On-1 Meetings With Members During The Cruise?

Can I Bring A Guest With Me?
Yes. If you are bringing a co-worker you can use one of your complimentary registrations for them. If you are bringing a spouse, children or other non-work related guest you will need to register them and pay $199 fee if they plan to participate in the conference activities.
Can My Guest Attend The Sessions?
Only if they are coworkers.
Are There Things To Do For Teens/Children?
YES! The ship has a number of activities to keep your kids entertained while you are on board.
Can A Pregnant Woman Cruise?
If a pregnant guest as entered or is entering their 24th week before or during the cruise, the are NOT ABLE to travel. Guests who are pregnant and under 23 weeks of pregnancy for the length of the cruise must have a FIT TO TRAVEL note from their physician.
Can I Bring An Infant?
An infant must be at least six (6) months old as of the first day of the cruise.

Does My Sponsorship Cover The Cost Of My Accommodations? No. As with all other conferences, travel and accommodations are the responsibility of the individual.
How Much Are The Staterooms?
The group rate listed below only applies to rooms with 1 or 2 people. However, if you are traveling with more than 2 people or would like a stateroom category that is not listed, you can still get the onboard credit and complimentary cocktail hour but the best available rate would apply. This document shows prices as of 1/20/2023. For the most up to date prices, please fill out the form above and Jenny Brown will be in touch within 24 hours.
A deposit is $100 per person and is fully refundable until 90 days before the cruise.
Does The Cruise Line Provide A Shuttle Form The Airport To The Cruise Terminal?
ITBOG and its sponsors will provide complimentary bus service from a designated Orlando hotel (location and exact time TBD) to the port (Port Canaveral). This shuttle service will take approximately one hour from Orlando. The shuttle will also run back to the Orlando airport on Monday, November 13th. More details will be sent to you upon confirmation of your cruise reservation.
What Is The Best Way To Book My Flights?
As with all conferences, flight arrangements are the responsibility of the individual. Guests should fly in/out of the Orlando airport (MCO). Your return flight on Monday, November 13 should not be before 1pmEST. We HIGHLY recommend that you plan to arrive in Orlando no later than Thursday, November 9th to ensure that any travel delays do not affect your ability to board the ship on time on Friday, November 10th. Our travel agent can assist with transportation to/from the airport.
What Do I Need To Book My Reservation? Each traveler will be required to provide the following at the time of booking:
Do I Need A Passport? It is possible to travel to the Bahamas from the United States without a passport, but it is not advisable. US citizens can enter the Bahamas without a passport, they can not legally re-enter the US without proper documentation. A passport, passport card, or other Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative (WHTI)-compliant documentation is required for US citizens to enter or re-enter the United States.
